The Mattisinko Group ("Sponsor") sponsors this giveaway (the "Giveaway").

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins August 1, 2026, and ends October 1, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). One winner will be drawn on October 1, 2026.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to families with students currently enrolled in DCES who are legal residents of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "DCES e-news" during the Entry Period. Sending this email both (1) enters you into the Giveaway and (2) subscribes you to the Mattisinko Group's e-news list, if you are not already a subscriber.

Both current DCES e-news subscribers and new subscribers who email during the Entry Period are eligible to enter. Limit one entry per person/email address. No alternate method of entry is required, as entry is free of charge.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize

One winner will receive a $100 gift card to Thompson 105 restaurant. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. The winner must respond within 5 business days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within this time, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

Use of Entrant Information

By entering, entrants agree that their email address and any other information provided may be used by Sponsor to send DCES e-news communications and to administer this Giveaway, consistent with Sponsor's privacy practices. Entrants may unsubscribe from DCES e-news at any time, though unsubscribing after winning does not affect prize eligibility already earned.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these rules, at any time without prior notice if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
