I specialize in luxury residential real estate in North Scottsdale and have been an active Realtor since 2003. As an Associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona, I have built a reputation as one of the best real estate agents in McDowell Mountain Ranch and surrounding communities.
My approach combines sharp negotiation skills, in-depth market knowledge, and pricing expertise with a calm demeanor and consultative style. I personally oversee every detail of a transaction from mortgage to move-in, attributing my success to building trust and developing lasting relationships.
Beyond my real estate practice, I serve as an Adjunct Professor teaching Real Estate Principles at Grand Canyon University and previously taught pre-licensure courses for new agents through the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. My background in financial services and education informs my primary goals as a Realtor, setting realistic expectations and guiding clients toward wise decisions.
As a long-time resident of McDowell Mountain Ranch, I am actively involved in the community as a member of the McDowell Social Activities Board. I’m also an outdoor enthusiast, I enjoy golf, pickleball, hiking, biking, skiing, and brewing my own beer.
I joined forces with my husband Rob to form Mattisinko Group in 2010. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, I excel in creating and executing customized marketing strategies that present homes in the best possible light to create demand and drive value.
With a Master’s degree from Columbia University and more than 15 years of business experience in HR Management, client services, and online marketing, I bring valuable expertise to the team. I stay ahead of industry trends by leveraging technology and adopting innovative techniques to best serve our clients.
Originally from New York, I now embrace the Arizona lifestyle (even considering 110-degree weather quite comfortable). I volunteer my time providing career coaching services for women seeking self-sufficiency and enjoy yoga, hiking, golf, tennis, pickleball, and interior design.
My background in helping others reach their personal and business goals, combined with my expertise in business psychology, negotiation, marketing, and customer service, makes me an integral part of McDowell Mountain Ranch’s best real estate team.
Together, Rob and I live in McDowell Mountain Ranch with our two daughters and labradoodle, Ringo, embodying the lifestyle we help our clients achieve.
With an extensive background in sales and client services, Cary is a natural fit for our team. Joining the Mattisinko Group as a licensed REALTOR in 2021, Cary has exceeded expectations for all her clients.
Cary is a long-time resident and spent most of her career in the Resort and Spa industry here in the Valley. She founded a company in the 1990’s that delivered creative training solutions and offered product sales. Cary partnered with Spa Directors and service providers to help them create an extraordinary experience for guests of award-winning resorts, including Camelback Inn, The Phoenician, Fairmont Princess, Montelucia, Village Clubs, and Trilogy Properties. Her long-time clients continue to rely on her for an exceptional level of personal attention as she oversees the business in her spare time.
Prior to her career in the luxury space, Cary worked for the Arizona Department of Juvenile Services, counseling troubled teens remanded to correctional programs. She later joined Phoenix Children’s Hospital to develop and implement treatment plans for children with severe health and behavioral challenges.
Cary’s interest in real estate sales began with buying and selling her own homes and from a driving desire to assist others as they realize their real estate goals and dreams.
Cary enjoys the culture of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices family. She leverages the world class training and resources available to agents and actively supports the office by facilitating monthly Agent Tours, participates in Broker Opens and other events to expand her knowledge base and network.
In addition to servicing her own clients, Cary provides valuable support to our team, holding open houses, showing homes to buyers, and developing creative solutions to various projects. Cary is originally from Walnut Creek, nestled in the California Bay Area. She graduated from the University of Nevada and spent her free time skiing at Lake Tahoe. Cary is now an avid pickleball player, loves desert hikes and spending time with friends and spoiling their pets. Cary looks forward to working on your behalf.
