Who Pays What?
BUYER can generally expect to pay:
- Down payment
- Half the escrow fee
- Half the escrow loan tie-in fee (if applicable)
- Half the escrow processing fee
- Half the recording charges
- All lender charges except specific ones a lender may require a seller to pay
- Termite inspection (negotiate except on VA)
- Lender’s title insurance policy
